Please note that our prices includes the winery fee (fee to make the wine in our store), the corks, the taxes and the washing and sanitising. Labels and shrink caps are not included. There will be no surprises at bottling time.

Amarone

This wine is renowned as a fruity, full-bodied wine.It is an intense, complex wine, with a wide array of flavours and aromas. Deep, nearly opaque red, this heavyweight exudes aromas of sour cherries, dark chocolate, stewed plums and dried fruits. It has a spicy-earthy bittersweet finish that lingers on the palate.

This Italian classic contrary to its name, is not from the town of Montepulciano. A tuscany favoured, it has a deep ruby robe, with violet reflections. Nebiollo

Nero d'Avola

Native to Sicily, it has become one of the island’s best-known red varietals. Nero D’Avola is capable of producing wines of great distinction with complexity, richness and texture that are capable of ageing for many years. The predominant bouquet is of ripe black cherries with a hint of underbrush and an ever so slight ripe banana nuance. Aged with the right amount of oak (supplied), this wine will surpass all your expectations.

Pinot Noir

Brilliant red color. This wine has a slightly spicy nose with hints of balsawood as well as citrus notes. A soft lively fruitiness on the palate along with mellow tannins leaves a velvety finish in the mouth. It is often referred to as the chameleon of varietals. As a young wine it exhibits simple red fruit flavors such as cherry, strawberry and raspberry. As it matures it takes on a surprising complexity, with aromas of chocolate, venison, figs, prunes, truffles, violets and even a touch of smokiness.
