The Fresh Must Collection

What is fresh must?

Basically fresh must is really how wine is made in the world. We pick the grapes, we press and de-stem them and the resulting juice is fermented in our wine nursery until it becomes beautiful nectar.

Why are we the only ones doing it?

Probably because:

  1. it is difficult to handle
  2. it is quite messy
  3. It requires some expertise

Well ... We believe that providing customers with a incredible product is well worth the effort. Fresh must occurs twice a year, basically when it is grape picking time in both hemispheres. September will be in Europe and North America, March will be in the other hemisphere.
Put simply, we are the only shop in New Brunswick that provides a natural product.
