Name Description
Rojo Grande

With Red Raisins Mosti Mondiale proprietary Blend. This wine is a blend of Chilean Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carmenere. It has a deep garnet robe with violet reflections. The attack is aggressive, almost overpowering, and then the wine starts to unfold and its rich earthy tones become evident. The hint of peppers and spice are in perfect harmony with the abundant ripe red berries. The bouquet is of wild berries with a vegetal hint and a slight "leathery" finish.

A wine that is definitely not for the masses or people with weak taste buds. Your patience will be rewarded immensely.

Nebiollo

This wine, medium in body with a dark cherry colour has rich and spicy fruits. The Nebiollo delivers the true character of the grape with typical flavours of cherries, violets, black licorice and truffles. The finishing gives rich, chewy, deep and long-lasting flavour.

Pinot Noir

Brilliant red color. This wine has a slightly spicy nose with hints of balsawood as well as citrus notes. A soft lively fruitiness on the palate along with mellow tannins leaves a velvety finish in the mouth. It is often referred to as the chameleon of varietals. As a young wine it exhibits simple red fruit flavors such as cherry, strawberry and raspberry. As it matures it takes on a surprising complexity, with aromas of chocolate, venison, figs, prunes, truffles, violets and even a touch of smokiness.

Sicilian Primitivo

Once confused with Zinfandel, its roots can be traced to Croatia many centuries ago. Primitivo is now grown in various regions of Italy. This Sicilian Primitivo is a well-balanced medium-full bodied varietal that develops jammy flavors of ripe berry fruits including dark cherries and raspberries.

Let this wine breathe for a few minutes and subtle nuances of chocolate and cracked pepper emerge.

Amarone

This wine is renowned as a fruity, full-bodied wine.It is an intense, complex wine, with a wide array of flavours and aromas. Deep, nearly opaque red, this heavyweight exudes aromas of sour cherries, dark chocolate, stewed plums and dried fruits. It has a spicy-earthy bittersweet finish that lingers on the palate.

Cabernet Trinity

A three-way marriage of Californian, Chilean and Italian Cabernet Sauvignon. California Cabernet brings hints of red cherries and clove. Its Italian counterpart coveys notes of ripe blackberries along with subtle mocha and cocoa undertones. Finally, Chilean Cabernet brings it all together by imparting hints of cassis and a creamy texture. With 3 countries each bringing a unique characteristic and balance to this wine, it’s no wonder it is our best Cabernet yet!

Red Zinfandel Old Vine

The big blockbuster old style wine has arrived! This wine has a bright garnet robe for color. The nose is of ripe black cherries, with wild berry undertones. On your palate, it is solid yet smooth with a long earthy finish. Overall it is wine that is deserving of its heritage: boldly solid, yet surprisingly smooth. .

Shiraz

Malbec

Montepulciano

This Italian classic contrary to its name, is not from the town of Montepulciano. A tuscany favoured, it has a deep ruby robe, with violet reflections. It is a complex bold wine with soft peppery tones and nuances of spice, wrapped up in a velvety texture. Well structured for aging. Smooth and delightful.

Moscato Italiano

This Northern Italian favorite is the base for spumante. It’s rich fruity flavours make it a perfect wine to be served as an aperitif or served with spicy Asian cuisine. On the palate, the wine exudes rich fruity flavors. The bouquet is very floral with slight citrus undertones. A versatile wine that can be served with or without a meals.
